Q: Why can’t I download my pictures immediately?

A: We take on average 50,000-100,000 pictures per show. We would never be able to edit and upload that many pictures in a timely manner if we had to upload them full size.  I offer so many more pictures for you to choose from than most photographers. Plus, we edit them to meet our high quality standards before we send them out.


Q: I want to take advantage of your discount pricing but the website will not let me check out. I am trying to order from different shows, does this have anything to do with it?

A: Yes, it does. Each discount package must be pictures from one show.  You cannot mix shows.


Q: I am ordering from a national and can not add my win picture to my discount package, why?

A: Win pictures are not included in any discount packages; they are sold separately.


Q: I’m having a hard time with the discount package. How do I do it?

A: The best way is to make a favorites folder and add the pictures that you want to it.  Remember that you cannot combine shows. Use your favorite folder to order from, that way everything is in one place and easy to select from.


Q: Why can’t I find the “all for one price” option on the website?

A: That is a show special only and is not available online. The next time you are at a show where we are, take advantage of it.


Q: If I order a picture, but do not want it cropped, where do I let you know?

A: A lot of people do not want their pictures cropped for one reason or the other. You can make a special request in the note section of the shopping cart. We will do our best to accommodate you.


Q: I want a certain win picture of my dog, but I look bad, is there anything you can do about it?

A: Most of the time, yes. If your body is basically in the same position as a picture with a good head, I can change it. There is a small fee involved and we will send you an invoice for that. The fee will be determined by the complexity of the work involved.
